Atlas FC will hold free trials in Culiacán on June 10 and 11 to identify new talent for their youth academy. The trials will take place at the Estadio Universitario de la Universidad Autónoma de Sinaloa and will be directed at players born in the categories 2008, 2009 and 2010; 2011 and 2012; as well as 2013 and 2014. This activity represents an important opportunity for young Sinaloan footballers to make a name for themselves in professional football and showcase their skills to representatives of one of the clubs with the greatest tradition in developing players in Mexico. Carlos "Charly" Martínez, Atlas's basic forces scout, will be in charge of evaluating the participants, observing them closely during the evaluation days. The trials are part of the efforts to bring sports development opportunities to children and young people in the region, allowing them to be observed by professional organizations without having to leave their city. Interested parties can present themselves on the scheduled dates at the Estadio Universitario, where they will have the opportunity to demonstrate their technical, physical, and tactical qualities to the Atlas scouting team. For categories 2008, 2009, and 2010, the meeting is at 7:30 am on both days; 2011-2012 at 9:00 am and 2013-2014 at 5:00 pm. The requirements are to have good physical condition, a minor's consent form (signed by the parents and accompanied by official identification if a minor), white or black shirt, no other football club logos, football shoes, shin guards, and personal hydration.
